Kaki Twist Burgess’s career in personal service began immediately after college, serving as a personal assistant to a renowned financier and philanthropist. This role laid a solid foundation in personal service, instilling in her the importance of meticulous attention to detail and client satisfaction. This led to an intriguing turn when she joined the IT department at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, where she ascended to upper management. However, the events of 9/11 profoundly changed her perspective, leading her to pursue her true passion in personal service.

Transitioning to the world of luxury yachts, Kaki served as Chief Stewardess and Purser on super yachts up to 240 feet. She managed everything from interior refits to orchestrating high-profile events, including prestigious Dom Perignon and Louis Vuitton events. Her roles required an impeccable eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to deliver flawless experiences for discerning clientele across Monaco, Palm Beach, and Hong Kong.

After 15 years at sea, Kaki returned to land to support her family’s food company. As vice president, she led the company to nationwide distribution, demonstrating her leadership and business acumen.

Following this rewarding chapter, she resumed her personal service career as an Estate Manager, monitoring extensive renovations, managing household staff, and coordinating with vendors for ultra-high-net-worth families.
